This most recent musical incarnation of the Mizani family is a Von Trappesque collaboration between three brothers, joined by friend and band-mate, Dave Moffitt. Although Arian, Mehran, Arman, and Dave often perform in larger band settings they adopted this pseudonym as an overdeveloped inside joke to play as a smaller musical squadron. The Mizani brothers first started performing together as children accompanied by their musical father and soulful singing sister. Drawing their energetic family dynamic into their music creates a vivacious and single-minded amalgamation of sound and rhythm. For this performance the boys will draw on the influences of classic rock, jazz and the ever-evolving indie rock scene.
