After studying classical violin and discovering the sounds of legendary jazz great Stephane Grappelli, Susan Jones' number one dream and lifelong passion has been jazz performance. Jones says, "When I first heard the French Jazz violinist Stephane Grappelli, his music brought me total joy. When I figured out I had a knack for improvisation, I was thrilled. If I were listening to his music, you could tell me World War III was breaking out and I'd still be grinning. I began playing for the pure joy of it and to bring happiness to others. If I can move people the way he did, it's been a good night, a good gig."
Being based in the Washington DC area, a region with a diverse potpourri of venues offering a wide range of musical styles, has allowed Susan to create a multi-faceted career in music, satiating her desire to incorporate her many influences and to play almost constantly. Susan has helped to back up dozens of visiting artists (e.g. Dionne Warwick, Aretha Franklin, Robert Plant, Jimmy Page and Stevie Wonder) at venues including The Kennedy Center, Constitution Hall, the Verizon Center and the Newport Jazz Festival. She has also toured with Barry White.

Peter Fields has captivated audiences in the U.S. and Europe with his mastery of diverse musical styles and his unique approach to guitar techniques. In addition to his sophisticated original compositions, his repertoire ranges from classical guitar, Jazz, and Latin music masterpieces to extraordinary arrangements of R & B classics and interpretations of ethnic music from various parts of the world. He can be heard on numerous recording projects on Polygram and various independent labels and on television programs for Fox, National Geographic, Discovery Channel and others. His performances as finalist in the American Fingerstyle Guitar Festival and the National Guitar Championships and the winning of first prize in the Mid - Atlantic song contest established his position as a fresh, new voice in the world of virtuoso guitar music. He has composed scores for film and received commissions from choreographers to create original music for the ballet and modern dance.
A native of Washington DC, bass player Scott Giambusso has performed for over forty years with various shows, bands and theaters including The Glenn Miller Orchestra and The Modernaires, The Peter Duchin Orchestra, The Ink Spots, The Tokens, Rory (Disney Channel), Charlie Byrd, Susannah McCorkle, Keely Smith & John Colianni (accompanist for Mel Torme) to name a few. Giambusso's home base is just about every major hotel lounge or club in the area. In one week he played in a Dixieland trio, a reggae band, a funk rock group, a five-piece swing band and two jazz trios for private and public gatherings. His concert hall can be the Ronald Reagan Building, Inwood Coffeehouse or a bar mitzvah reception on the deck of a boat. The variety of the music he plays is what pleases Giambusso most. "It's different every time, not like written music ... There's been an incredible evolution of diverse rhythmic styles in the last 40 years. My musical goal is to play any style. I figure by the time I die, I'll be pretty good."
